I share you this activity of the New York’s goverment that want to improve the operating power of its citiziens. With this program they want to stimulate new activities,jobs,specialists usefull for public services; they promote a free internet connection in the whole City to facilitate the comunication between citizens, informing them with open datas about taxes,  funding and social activities; they want to promote the education and plan to have a profile on social networks to be in touch with the people of New York.
