Working on a CV is not just about organizing experiences, but gaining clarity on direction and future ambitions. Guided by Caterina Tavani, Career Coach, Trainer and HR Consultant, students took part in a two-day activity focused on self-awareness and professional positioning.

They explored motivations, identified strengths, and reflected on the value they can bring. Through personalized feedback, they improved their CVs and practiced communication skills, from presenting themselves with confidence to tackling interviews.
