Designing for Public Good: A Pill on Social and Systemic Impact

This week, the students of the Specializing Master in Service Design are diving into the role of design in addressing social and systemic challenges through public services.

Leading the pill is Ottla Arrigoni, Policy Analyst & Designer at the European Commission’s EU Policy Lab, whose international experience brings depth and clarity to the complexities of design for policy.

Through lectures, guided reflections and collaborative group activities, students are exploring how to make public services more inclusive, responsive and human-centered – designing with people, not just for them.
