Danila Pellicani

Danila is a passionate designer with more than 10 years of experience in helping Fortune 500 clients, NGOs and startups alike in designing meaningful and delightful experiences for people. She is currently a Design Director at McKinsey & Company where she is bringing back the human perspective into the business through Human Centred Design. Danila is redefining the challenges clients are facing, building design strategies, digital products and services that people need.

When she is not consulting clients she has fun lecturing at Universities around Europe, amongst which Domus Academy, NABA, Politecnico di Milano and University of St. Gallen.
