Heidi Gargareta

Coming from Greece, Heidi has lived and worked in Greece, the UK and Italy. With a background in economics, industrial design and service-system design, she considers that her curiosity and interest in learning new things have been her motivation in being involved in various industries till today, including Aerospace & Defence, Consumer goods, AI Tech, Healthcare, Financial Sector, Education. Her keen interest to identify latent needs, collecting insights and exchanging ideas has guided her in creating humanised experiences that advance the life quality of people. Since 2020, she has been working on developing strategies and services in the healthcare sector, and in 2021 she joined NTTData Italy as Senior Service & UX design consultant.
