Over the past four days, students have been immersed in Pill 2 – Facilitation & Co-design, led by Chiara Monteleone
Facilitation is a key skill part of the designer skillset, enabling teams to work together, develop ideas, and transform insights into tangible results. It focuses on creating the conditions that support creativity, co-design, and effective problem-solving.
Through hands-on activities, they explored facilitation methods and tools, learning how to design and guide co-design processes — from recruiting their own participants to facilitating sessions that support teams in co-creating, generating ideas, and turning insights into action.
