The Final MSD13 Workshop with Generali Italia comes to an end

The final workshop of this MSD edition was developed in collaboration with Generali Italia, and has now come to an end. During the final presentations at the company’s tower in Milan (Torre Hadid), our students shared the outcomes of an intensive design journey focused on strengthening the strategic role of Service Design within the organization. 

Guided by Laura Trivilino, with the contribution of Luca Trinchero and Stefano Raglione, the four teams developed proposals for Designing Encounters: collaborative formats that enable middle managers and the CX team to work together on real organizational challenges, making design expertise part of strategic decision-making through shared experience. The proposed solutions involved seamless workflow integrations between CX and other units, AI-based internal consulting and future scenarios building, and idea pitching and sharing events.
