This week, our students immersed themselves in Service Evaluation, held by Francesca Foglieni

Students discover why it is essential not only to design services, but also to understand, analyze, and continuously improve them over time.

They explored how research can become a powerful evaluation tool, how to define meaningful indicators, and how to build a broader vision using the Theory of Change.

Through theory, hands-on exercises, and real-life cases, they saw that evaluation isn’t just a final step, it’s a living, ongoing part of the design process.

One more step toward creating services that aren’t just well thought-out, but truly aware of their impact.
