Recently our students took part in a debrief session organized by the Board: a dedicated moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect
After two months from the beginning of the Master’s, this session created space for open conversation, honest feedback, and the sharing of thoughts and emotions.
Through activities designed to encourage dialogue and give everyone a voice, alongside insights guided by Gaia Calabrese, Master’s tutor and social psychologist, students were supported in normalizing their fears, feeling less alone in their journey, and feeling truly heard.
An important step toward building a more supportive community, where listening, empathy, and openness are part of the learning experience.
Additionally, the session brought out valuable feedback and insights to further improve the overall experience and the program as a whole.
