Beatrice Ferrari

Beatrice is a Fellow researcher at Politecnico di Milano and she is the didactic tutor of the Specializing Master in Service Design by POLI.design, filling the bridging role of connection and communication between the Faculty Board and students.
She is a service designer with a background in communication design. After an experience in the research & innovation area as a Junior researcher, UX & UI, she landed in the academic world. Her main research interests are Sustainable Design, Mobility, Home-Automation and Social Innovation. What’s more, she is always looking for useful solutions, innovation, and new communication perspectives.
