Service Designer trained at Politecnico of Milan and Tongji University in Shanghai. Back in Italy, Chiara began her professional practice at the training department of Intesa Sanpaolo bank, where she was able to practice the fundamental process of the discipline inside a big company. She then continues her work in design consultancy firms, starting in Logotel then in DINN! and in Spark Reply, to broader her view on new technologies and how to humanize them. She worked for MSC Crociere in the Corporate Business Innovation team that has the objective to lead the Company Innovation and Digital Transformation Plan to enrich the Guests’ experience while optimizing processes, costs, and generating revenue opportunities. She now works as Senior Strategist & Service Designer at Eni. Over the years, she experimented different methods and tools in each design phases from research and ideation, to the complete roll out of the project.
