Francesca is a Service Designer and User Researcher with 10+ years of experience across industries and cultural contexts. After several years working as an in-house designer, she recently embraced a freelance path, supporting organizations through research, process facilitation and the design of meaningful products, services, and experiences. She teaches Design Thinking and Service Design, and is particularly interested in projects that generate a positive impact on communities and the territories they inhabit.
