Ilaria Durante

Ilaria Durante is Ph.D. Candidate and Researcher of the LEADIN’ Lab, the Laboratory of LEAdership, Design and INnovation of the School of Management – Politecnico di Milano. She is also Senior Researcher at the “FUTURES | Sense Making by System Thinking” Observatory and “Design Thinking for Business” Observatory – Osservatori Digital Innovation. Her research interest focuses on design-driven future-making practices in organizations, at the intersection of the areas of Innovation Management, Design, Strategy, and Futures Studies. She is a teaching assistant in Design Thinking for Business Course, Business Design Transformation Lab, and Design Management for Product Service System Course at Politecnico di Milano.
