2025/26Designer with experience in service design and a strong focus on sustainability, product development, and user experience. Originally from Lebanon, she holds a BA in Product and Interior Design, her Master’s degree is in Service Design.
Her approach to design is hands-on and practical, combining systems thinking with prototyping and testing to develop clear, effective solutions. Her BA thesis, AIDME-01, explored the role of AI in crisis response through the design of a drone system for war emergencies. Her Master’s thesis, ZUBALA, proposed a post-crisis waste management system for Beirut following the 2020 port explosion.
Over the past five years, she has worked across diverse sectors—from disaster recovery to institutional client and SMEs—translating complex challenges into thoughtful, user-centered solutions. Her field experience includes time spent at work sites, as well as leading large, multicultural teams, including the daily coordination of over 200 people from more than 10 countries during a post-flood emergency initiative.
Driven by a passion for social design, she is particularly interested in how design can serve as a tool for resilience, equity, and sustainable transformation.
