Dr. Sine Celik is an architect and design researcher. Currently, she is Assistant Professor of Network-driven Systemic Change at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft, Netherlands. Her research is situated at the intersection of systems thinking, social design, and network studies. Sine is one of the directors of Systemic Design Lab and the coordinator of the Systemic Design Studio Master’s course at TU Delft. She earned her doctoral degree from TU Delft with a thesis on the development of innovation ecosystems from a network perspective. After her PhD, she joined Aalto University Design Factory in Finland for her postdoctoral studies, where she continued exploring ecosystems and design cultures. Sine has been an active member of the global systemic design community. She has served as a board member for the Systemic Design Association and took part in the organization of the 10th Relating Systems Thinking and Design Symposium in Delft.
