First Service Design tips with Nicola Morelli

After the icebreaking of yesterday, today we start with the first steps of the Service Designer’s training.

During this two-days lecture Nicola Morelli will give the students the Service Design basics concepts to become professionals at different levels of intervention, developing the competences requested to the specific characteristics of services.

What is the activity of Service Designers? Which is the methodological approach to the process of designing services? By proposing different perspectives, this lecture highlights the main characteristics of services, thus a reflection upon the role of design in innovation and value creation in the present social, economic and technological context.
