Improvisation for Service Design with Belina Raffy

In the next days the Master students will be involved in an intensive pill about improvisation techniques. These are going to be used as the basics to design an interactive workshop.
Thanks to Belina Raffy the students will experience how to support creativity in a group of people, approaching different theories of improvisation that are highly useful in service design practice, in particular during the ideation/co-creation/innovation/prototyping phases.
Using the “Core capabilities of improvisation” model created by Robert Poynton and multiple co-creation activities the students will learn how to create a cohesive journey to deliver a design experience for their future clients.
