Learning the fundamentals of Design Research with Roberta Tassi

Through the 3-day lecture held by Roberta Tassi, the Master students are getting a detailed and complete overview of the research process applied to Service Design. Each day focuses on a different aspect involved in design research and illustrates the related methodology (secondary research, primary research and sense-making), by combining the presentation of methods and case studies, followed by hands-on exercises to get used to the proposed approach. The goal of the course is to develop a solid understanding of research methodologies, and be able to apply them to various types of service design projects.
