The coming 7th edition of the Master in Service Design will feature a brand-new series of 6 masterclasses, focused lectures held by innovation experts and design gurus with the aim of investigating cutting-edge topics in the world of Service design. The masterclasses are open not only to the Master’s students but also to the wider group of students and professionals interested in honing their design knowledge and meeting influential people from the Service design community.
Each masterclass investigates a different subject according to the following program:
31/10/2019 — Service Design Ops by Klaus Schwarzenberger, Co-Founder of More than Metrics
21/11/2019 — Design Fiction by Nicolas Nova, Co-founder of Near Future Laboratory
29/01/2020 — Service Branding by Silvia Barbieri, Founder of The Branding Letters
12/02/2020 — Circular Economy by Andy Polaine, Group Director at Fjord Client Evolution
19/02/2020 — Data Visualization by Domestic Data Streamers
10/03/2020 — Design for Policy by Andrea Siodmok, Senior Civil Servant at the Cabinet Office, London

Until the 31st of October it is possible to buy the complete package of the masterclasses at the following prices:
– 380€ for professionals*
– 190€ for students
*Companies can buy a single package to be used by two different persons.
