New faces: Stefan Moritz

The Master Board is really proud to welcome Stefan Moritz, one of the new entries in the Master Faculty

Stefan is the Vice President Customer Experience and Director of Service Design at Veryday, one of the world’s top-ranking design and innovation consultancies. He is the author of: “Service design: practical access to an evolving field”, which offers an interesting interpretation of the role of Service Design to support organizations and companies.

Stefan also regularly gives keynote speeches, runs workshops, coaches executives and teaches at universities.

Stefan’s background is in design with a focus on service innovation, customer experience and transformation leadership. He has worked with governments, public sector organizations and blue chip brands such as adidas, IKEA, Disney and Philips.
