The second module has started: Service design tools - Focus on research by Roberta Tassi.
The first and most important lesson is that every project starts with a research phase. Research has to be designed to 'Understand and translate the users' points of view into meaningful insights'. The better you do that, the more you'll move forward towards innovative services and solutions. Showing different theoretical pillars and case studies, Roberta and her Oblo team discussed different types of research and methodologies and described several tools that help us to conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
