Service Visualization and Storytelling

Let’s continue to investigate what visualize a service means for a Service Designer. Adriano Gariglio, during the lecture Service Visualization, will explore with students which is the importance of visualization both during design process, both presenting the project to clients.
More precisely, how visualization and storytelling can support the functional internal collection, production and exchange of information during design activities, as well as to express and transfer design values when presenting the project to clients, final customers, and operators delegated to deliver the service? Students will figure it out in these two-days practice-based course made of a frontal lecture and a group-based challenge, that dig into graphic design, service visualizations and storytelling.
