Regione Lombardia joins forces with the Specializing Master in Service Design
We are proud to announce a collaboration between the Specializing Master in Service Design by POLI.design and Regione Lombardia. This initiative marks a significant step in bridging our academic community with the public sector, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside the regional institution known for driving innovation and quality of life in Lombardy.
Regione Lombardia is one of the most forward-looking public administrations in Europe, with a strong focus on digitalization, innovation, and sustainable development. This collaboration reflects its ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life for its citizens through joint effort with research, education, and design communities.
Students will have the opportunity to work directly with Regione Lombardia within the framework of the Alpine Space TranStat Project. This project aims to support co-constructed transition processes in mountain resorts, addressing climate change challenges and proposing innovative solutions through a participatory and inclusive approach. It will be a chance to explore how design methods can contribute to public value, citizen engagement, service innovation – and ultimately to policy making.
Special thanks to Leonardo La Rocca – Regione Lombardia – Project and Innovation manager, expert on national and EU relation and affairs at Regione Lombardia.
Stay tuned for more news and updates on our collaboration with Regione Lombardia as we innovate together for the community.
