Outcomes of the Second Workshop - Beyond the Game

A few weeks ago our students presented their projects to Sisal, the result of a nine days workshop. Led by Chiara Monteleone & Bryan Sabin, our students looked at the whole aspect of the user journey to understand the topic and tackle it from a personal, collective and eco-systemic level. We believe they managed to do that brilliantly!

The workshop, structured according to 3 macro-phases of methodology; research & ideation, service definition & prototyping, and tuning & final presentation, challenged the students throughout the whole service design process, thanks to the partnership with Sisal.

The groups presented four new service ideas for Sisal; Each focusing on a different category of personas, some were more inclined towards physical interactions, while others embraced digital engagement, spanning the entire spectrum from 0% to 100% online involvement.

We are really proud of the outputs that our students presented, they worked hard and were very committed to defining their service ideas. We’d love to say thanks again to Sisal for this opportunity and their commitment, and our students for the passion and professional attitude they demonstrated throughout the entire workshop.
