Service Design Tools with Nicola Morelli

During the first week, the students of the Master in Service Design had the opportunity to understand the main notions and concepts from a theory point’s of view, now it’s time to explore Service Design tools with a more practical approach.
On Monday Nicola Morelli, professor at Aalborg University, is going to teach how to apply tools in different phases of the Service Design process, by supporting his lessons with both theory and practical exercises. These three days will be based on three main steps, that are Service concept, Service experience and Service encounter, with the aim to give a complete overview about the application of methods and tools.
Students will be involved in the exploration path, starting from theory and examples, to the application on different levels, with the final goal to discover Service Design world from different perspective by using different tools.
