The VIII Edition of the Master in Service Design has officially started

Today we started with the first module: Service Design Basics by Lara Penin.

Our students got started in the Service Design world with an introduction to the topic. During the module, Lara will answer some fundamental questions: what & why (understanding services), what & who (designing services), how & why (methodological paradigms and processes). Lara used today and will use in the next lessons real case studies of service design projects, along with masterpiece readings, films, paintings, and so on. That’s a powerful approach to understand the basics of service design and to think about services from a historical perspective ‘As the soft infrastructure of society’.
