Exploring Design-Driven Innovation

Students explored Design-Driven Innovation, taught by Claudio Dell’Era, Ilaria Durante, and Chiara Esposito, as part of a cluster of courses within the Service Business and Management module, engaging in a human-centered and future-oriented approach to innovation.

Through an abductive and iterative process, they examined how innovation can arise not only from technologies, but from what is truly meaningful to people. By analyzing evolving competitive landscapes, societal shifts, and emerging technologies, they learned to frame opportunities and envision alternative scenarios for businesses and organizations.

Connecting insights with strategic vision, students strengthened their ability to lead change and design meaningful innovations capable of generating long-term competitive advantage.
